Do you offer shipping insurance and how much does it cost?
- Yes, for a small fee, shipping insurance is offered and automatically selected by default for all orders, and you have the option to opt-out during the checkout process. Shipping insurance covers damaged or misdelivered packages.
- We recommend the purchase of shipping insurance for any order with a value of $100 or more, and also recommend requiring signature upon delivery for orders of $300 or more in value. By declining shipping insurance, you understand that we are not responsible for any issues relating to damaged, lost, or stolen shipments.
